Cancellation and refund
Cancellation by the client
If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the reservation date, the full deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
Cancellation due to weather conditions
If the tour cannot be carried out due to bad weather, we will try to reschedule it for another available date. If it is not possible to find a new date, a full refund of the deposit will be made.
